Squaremoss Plugins has released Canopy, a ‘Dattorro-style’ plate reverb for Windows and macOS.
Canopy combines a plate algorithm with two built-in mix tools. Saturation can be placed before the reverb, inside the reverb tank, or after it, shaping the character of the tail. Self-fed ducking pulls the reverb back while the source is playing, with no side-chain routing needed.
