Harmony Lab Audio has released Harmony Pro, a free harmony assistant for musicians and composers for macOS and Windows.
Harmony Pro is designed to help users explore chord progressions and discover alternative harmonic directions. Its harmony engine analyzes the current musical context and proposes chord suggestions that can be shaped using style profiles, musical directions and voicing options.
The software also provides several visual ways to explore harmonic relationships, including the Circle of Fifths and advanced graphical views for tension, proximity, color and chord relationships.
Pricing & Availability
Harmony Pro is available as an AU plug-in on macOS and as VST3 on macOS and Windows. Apple Silicon and Intel Macs are supported.
Harmony Pro is free to download and does not use generative AI; its suggestions are produced by a dedicated harmonic engine.
