Mixes Of The Week: 7/5/18

GRAND RIVER

This week’s top mixes include Donato Dozzy’s Alternate Cuts, DJ Eliot’s Musical Forecasts and The Underground Resistance Ethos.

Grand River Blows Up The Workshop. The latest Blowing Up The Workshop mix comes from Dutch-Italian composer Grand River, who explains its meaning: “Spring is a powerful season for changes. Transitions might be troublesome as changes go against our need to feel in control of our life. Every instant could bring slowly-building shifts of the mind, emotions and actions – even if we don’t notice it.” Stream above.

French artist and music enthusiast Charlotte Giraudot, aka DJ Eliot, is a highly knowledgable dance music selector and part of record labels, collectives and parties including Coastal Haze, Church and Rotations.
