APU Software updates Loudness Series to v3.6.6

APU Software has updated APU Loudness Meter, APU Loudness Compressor, APU Dynamics Optimizer and APU Loudness Limiter to version 3.6.6.

Changes for version 3.6.6 include:

  • Support axis lines w/out axis itself enabled.

  • Switch default theme to APU Cyan.

  • Don’t change dynamics/range type when load preset ranges disabled (compressor/optimizer).

  • Make load preset visuals & load preset ranges user-scope.

  • Fix limiter target range load/detect in some cases (compressor).

  • Fix threshold disappearing on resize.

  • More font refinements.

  • More legible font.

  • Bypass and gate use non-sidechain signal while sidechain under source min (compressor).

  • Fix built-in limiter while sidechaining (compressor).

  • Always show transfer function for alternate dynamics types (compressor).

  • Threshold rendering improvements.

  • Fix auto-range when thresholds disabled.

  • Fix missing dB meter (compressor/limiter).

  • Fix learn crash on silence (compressor/meter).

  • Match learn rate to ballistics correctly (compressor/meter).

  • Fix histogram bucket hit test when resized.

  • Further histogram bucket scaling refinement.

  • Switch to min/max distribution range type by default (optimizer).

  • Improve histogram bucket scaling detection.

  • Use attack/release ballistics for learn function (compressor).

  • Support mouse-over context for vertical orientation delta history (meter).
