Ultimate MIDI Plugin has announced the upcoming release of UPhrase, a VST plugin for Windows that creates chord progressions by generating custom phrase patterns directly within the built-in sequencer.
UPhrase is scheduled for release on July 24th and can be pre-ordered for $49 (Reg. $59).
