STVTIQ Releases D-Verb and D-Lay – Free Dattorro-Based Reverb/Delay Plugins (VST3 & AU)

STVTIQ has released two free plugins based on the Dattorro topology: D-Verb, an algorithmic reverb, and D-Lay, a delay effect. Both plugins are free/donationware, available for Windows (VST3) and macOS (AU).

STVTIQ D-Verb

STVTIQ D-Verb is a free stereo algorithmic reverb designed for creating everything from compact rooms and focused plates to wide, evolving ambient spaces.

D-Verb combines independently generated early reflections with a dense, modulated diffuse tail based on a classic Dattorro-style topology. Its controls are organized into clear Input, Space and Output sections, making it easy to shape the initial room response, decay character and final stereo image.

STVTIQ D-Lay

STVTIQ D-Lay is a free stereo delay that moves from clean rhythmic repeats to dense, modulated and tape-coloured ambience.

D-Lay combines conventional delay timing with a Dattorro-inspired cross-coupled diffusion tank. The diffusion network adds density and stereo movement to the repeats, allowing the plugin to operate as a precise rhythmic delay, a character echo or an atmospheric effect that approaches reverb-like textures.
