Junk Atelier has released Warbler, a character effect plugin in VST3 and CLAP formats.
Warbler warps pitch and timing in the style of worn tape, ranging from subtle flutter to heavy wobble. It adds beat-locked glitch effects (stutter, reverse and pitch drops), a sub or upper octave layered into the dry signal, tape saturation, and a tape-stop effect that brings the sound to a halt. A single “chaos” control scales the glitch intensity from subtle to extreme.

Warbler is available now for Windows 64-bit (VST3 and CLAP). A macOS version is in development. A free demo is available, with the full version priced at €19.99 (perpetual licence, three machines).
