Initial Audio has updated SourceLab to version 2.4.0. This is a free update for existing users.
Changes:
- Added an extra user file browser to the “Load Source” browser. Add your own sample folders for quick easy loading to the source. Currently just support single sample loading, so ideal for loops or instruments that can be stretch across the keys.
- Made the sample range and sequencer range less sensitive to y dragging when moving. This prevents accidental range changes while dragging in x direction.
- Filter tab is remembered when reopening editor in the DAW.
- Added “Activate Full Version” button in the demo at the bottom, next to the “Demo Info…” button.
- Fixed Filter warp and wavetable position didn’t update correctly on subsequent notes unless modulated.
- Fixed recording was only working for the Main sequencer.
- Fixed modulating PWM amount in Instrument mode wasn’t working.
- Fixed the Sample display didn’t update when choosing a Slice loop from the menu.
- Fixed filter display didn’t update correctly after closing and opening the plugin editor.
- Removed Quality mode for the drawable and wavetable filters, it is not required and used too much CPU.
- Stability fixes and optimisations.
