Dystopian Waves has released Wah Pedal, a new free Windows VST3 audio effect plugin inspired by classic wah-style filtering, with flexible modern control.
Wah Pedal offers adjustable sweep range, resonance, and manual or LFO control modes, making it suitable for guitars, synths, drums, and creative sound design. It supports both rhythmic modulation and performance-style automation, and also includes four distortion types, output gain, dry/wet control, and preset saving and recall.
The plugin is based on the original Max for Live version released last year, now available as a Windows VST3 plugin for use in any compatible DAW.
