Audio Hertz has released Ten Piece, a new guitar amp plugin for macOS and Windows in VST3, AU, and AAX formats.
Inspired by a cult-classic small-format practice amp known for its distinctive distortion and musical EQ section, Ten Piece was designed to capture the feel and character of the original hardware using detailed neural modeling. Rather than aiming to be a large all-in-one amp suite, it focuses on delivering the feel and personality that made the original so beloved.
Ten Piece includes separate neural captures of the amp’s Normal and Saturation channels, giving users access to two distinct input paths with their own feel and behavior. The plugin also features gain staging designed to respond like real hardware, an EQ modeled on the original tone stack curves, and a curated cab sound.
With Ten Piece, the goal was to capture the sound and personality of a small amp that has way more attitude than it should. I wanted it to feel immediate, inspiring, and easy to use, so you can pull up a great tone quickly and just start playing.
Pricing and Availability
Ten Piece is available now from Audio Hertz for an introductory price of $29 USD for macOS and Windows in VST3, AU and AAX plugin formats. The regular price is $49 USD.
