artcode releases Drum, Bass, and Synth VST3/CLAP plugins for macOS & Windows

artcode has announced the release of three new virtual instruments: artcode Drum, artcode Bass, and artcode Synth.

This lineup covers everything from raw analog drum synthesis to deep low-end and rich polyphonic textures. All three plugins are developed using the Rust-based nih-plug framework, ensuring high-performance real-time processing.

artcode Synth: Modern Analog-Style Versatility

artcode Synth is a 16-voice polyphonic synthesizer that recreates the warmth of classic analog gear while offering modern flexibility:

  • Sound Design: Dual oscillators and a multimode filter capable of producing everything from sharp leads to floating pads.
  • Modulation: Features an LFO with 3 targets (Pitch, Filter, Amp) and a flexible ADSR envelope.

artcode Bass: Focused Low-End Power

artcode Bass is a monophonic synthesizer dedicated to creating thick, powerful bass sounds for EDM, techno, and hip-hop:

  • Engine: Dual oscillators with 4 waveforms plus a dedicated Sub Oscillator for enhanced low-end.
  • Filter & Drive: State Variable Filter with 4 drive types, including “Tube” and “Fuzz”.

artcode Drum: 909-Style Analog Percussion

artcode Drum is a specialized analog drum machine that generates all sounds in real-time using additive and subtractive synthesis. By avoiding samples, it provides a highly tweakable and dynamic response:

  • Sounds: Kick, Snare, Clap, Rimshot, Hi-Hats, Toms, and Crash.
  • Control: Dedicated parameters like “Click” and “Drive” for kicks, and “Snap” for snares.
  • FX: Built-in Delay, Reverb, and a Master section with Compression.
