MAGIX company has released the ACID Music Studio 11, a new version of their music software for the production based on music loops.

In the latest installment of this inexpensive program, a number of new products and improvements have been introduced. ACID Music Studio 11 is characterized by 64-bit architecture and a refreshed graphical interface. The application is available for PCs with Windows 7, 8 or 10.
ACID Music Studio 11 comes with 8 new virtual instruments + 6 new effect plug-ins. The instruments are Urban Drums, Grand Concert, Pop Drums, Electric Piano, Drum Engine, Rock Drums, DN-e1 and VITA 2. Six new effects are: eFX Chorus Flanger, eFX Phaser, eFX Stereo Delay , eFX Limiter, am | track SE and Vandal SE.
The program has also implemented a number of new functions that enhance MIDI editing capabilities, such as MIDI Keyframe Automation, Multiple Event Editing, Track Freeze or Drum / Patch Map Editing, as well as Inline Editing and Drum Grid mode. Of course, we also have the option of editing audio material. The program also offers remixing tools – Beatmapper and Chopper.
Among others over 2,500 completely new ACIDized loops including various music styles are available. These are of course “acidized”. This means that each loops includes pitch, length, tempo and transient information for quick and effective further processing. Also, the graphical user interface has been completely revised. The new look is modern and can definitely compete with higher quality DAWs.
