Remi Blaze has released Misomidix, a genre-driven MIDI generator for macOS and Windows.
Misomidix writes six parts together, drums, chords, bass, melody, stabs and arp, in dependency order, so the parts agree instead of fighting each other. Each part carries its own musical logic, with per-genre bass modes, voicing and drum programming rather than a shared groove template. Lock any part you like and re-roll the rest.
Fourteen genres are built in: Tech House, Deep Tech, House, Deep House, Melodic House, Progressive, Afro, Organic, Bass House, Techno, Minimal, Drum & Bass, Hip Hop and Rock. Each brings its own progressions, drum programming and part behaviour.
Six macros shape the result: Complexity, Density, Swing, Humanize, Length and Groove. A/B/C/D snapshots hold specific results, and checksummed pattern codes reproduce an exact result. Drag the piano roll onto the timeline or export every part as one multi-track MIDI file, and drop your own .mid on the window to re-groove it; drums are never scale-quantised.
The One-Knob Raw Version and Micro Editions
For a single part there are six micro editions on the same engine, one each for drums, chords, bass, melody, stabs and arp. There’s also Misomidix Raw, the one-knob edition: turn BUILD to take a loop from a stripped intro to a peak-time arrangement, press NEW for a different loop in a different genre and key, and drag all five parts into your DAW as one multi-track file.

Misomidix, the Micro editions, and the Raw One-Knob edition are each a one-time purchase. Prices range from $5 to $39.
