Euclidean Pro: Morph, Boolean Logic & Elektron Conditions
Euclidean Pro has undergone a complete transformation in Phase 2. It’s no longer just a “rhythm generator”, it’s a full-fledged rhythmic composition environment:
- Four pattern banks (A/B/C/D) per channel: switch and morph between them in real time.
- Morph Mix Knob: smooth transitions between banks; LFO can modulate morph position for organic rhythm evolution.
- 24 factory presets using the Omni pitch map: ready-to-use patterns.
- Boolean logic AND / OR / XOR / AND-NOT between any rhythm channels.
- Elektron-style step conditions: 1:2, 1:4, 2:3, FILL, RANDOM…
- Disk presets (JSON), Mod Indicator, MIDI Channel per channel, audition toolbar, velocity/probability lanes.
Scratch Deck – Virtual Turntable
A new instrument: a virtual turntable with a pitch/speed curve editor, scratching, and precise playback control:
- Curve editor: draw pitch/speed curves by hand.
- 9 slot banks (M1–M9).
- Trim strip, vinyl disc, jog feedback.
- Undo/redo, project state save, export to .scratch JSON.
ElevenLabs AI – Generate Sounds with AI
- Describe a sound in text → AI generates an audio file → auto-inserted into a clip.
- Secure API key storage (chmod 0600).
- Local history, connection test, zero overhead on audio thread.
Expanded Master Console – New Mastering Panel
- Master and return strips with their own faders, EQ, and FX.
- A/B Snapshots: compare two mastering chains.
- 9 monitor modes: Stereo, Mono, L-only, R-only, Swap L/R, Mid, Side, DIM, MUTE.
- K-System, PowR dither (5 algorithms), Bounce→Export, Sequenced FX on buses.
TOMiC Recording – Deep Polyrhythm Fixes
- Phantom kick fix, correct polyrhythm recording, monotonic cursor, no duplicate notes.
Session & Arrangement – UX
- Drag-and-drop audio/MIDI onto the timeline.
- Queued clip sync to the longest playing clip.
- Arming preserved after stop, double-click audio = Sample Editor.
- Unified Add FX, step sequencer auto-randomize.
