MusicDevelopments has updated RapidComposer to v6.0.1. The new update focuses on workflow improvements, extended track operations, and several fixes related to Live Mode and phrase editing.
New Features and Improvements:
- Added “Mute all variations in all tracks” and “Mute all MIDI CCs in all tracks” buttons to the Track Inspector.
- Added “Copy variations to all tracks” and “Copy MIDI CCs to all tracks” buttons to the Track Inspector.
- Added “Copy progressions to group” command to the Progression Browser (right-click after selecting progressions).
- In browsers, both left-clicking and right-clicking now select all items in a group (use Ctrl to toggle selection).
- The Model files folder can now be specified under Settings → Locations.
- In the Tonnetz view, right-clicking now deselects all notes; Ctrl+click on a note deselects all others.
- Live Mode: when applying track offset, notes are now rotated instead of removed.

Fixed hanging notes in Live Mode when quantization was set to none.

Fixed an issue where some Live Mode settings were not saved with the composition.

Fixed: the “Neural Phrase Engine” button was not displayed in the Phrase Editor when AI buttons were set to hidden in the settings.

Fixed: using Undo in Phrase Editing after a change made in DAW mode caused the on-screen keyboard to disappear.
