W3PC Audio has released WAV3+CORE, a free wavetable synthesizer for Windows in VST3 format.

WAV3+CORE is built around six wavetable oscillators. Each oscillator holds four waves (A to D) and can morph between them, with a harmonic EQ for boosting or cutting individual harmonics, formant control and 16 Wave Effects such as Fold, Warp and SelfSync that reshape the waveform itself.
