u-he has released PANORA, a preset library for u-he Diva.
PANORA is a soundset for Diva comprising more than 340 presets inspired by electronic music of the 1970s and 1980s. With influences ranging from sci-fi soundtracks and concept albums to period library music, the collection reflects the rapidly changing aesthetics of those formative decades. The 1970s influence tends towards warmer, dustier and less precisely tuned sounds, while the 1980s side is generally cleaner, tighter and more polished.
Bringing together the work of 12 sound designers, PANORA explores the broader sonic character of the era rather than recreating the sounds of specific artists or recordings. The collection includes atmospheric pads, soft classic polysynth sounds, unusual “found instruments”, electronic percussion and melodic tones ranging from gentle to unsettling.
Price: 39 € ANORA is available now from u-he.com, where you can also listen to a selection of audio demos.
