Synthius Labs has released nob, a prompt-driven wavetable synthesizer for macOS and Windows.
nob turns written sound descriptions into playable, editable wavetable synth patches inside a DAW—not rendered audio files. Users can audition variations, refine a patch with follow-up prompts, or edit it directly.
Pricing & Availability
nob is available as AU and VST3 on macOS and VST3 on Windows. A seven-day trial is available with a payment method; after that, the subscription is $7.99 per month plus applicable tax unless canceled.
Prompt generation requires an internet connection.
