quietformat releases auraVox — Vocal chain processor co-developed with slchld

quietformat release auraVox, a new vocal chain processor developed in collaboration with artist slchld.

The plugin simplifies the vocal production process by combining musical sensibility with precise engineering, delivering a mix-ready vocal tone in any environment.

auraVox features three core modules designed for professional vocal processing: Musical EQ, Input-Responsive Compressor, and Magic Button (Smart Random FX Engine). Together, they provide a fast and intuitive workflow for achieving a polished vocal sound.

The Magic Button introduces a creative new way to shape vocals.

Instead of manually adjusting multiple parameters, a single click generates a musical combination of delay (Stereo or Chorus Delay), reverb (Plate or Spring Reverb), and FX tone, all synced to your project’s tempo. Each press reveals new spatial textures, tonal variations, and depth, offering endless inspiration for vocal mixing.

Developed and refined through real vocal recording and mixing sessions with slchld, auraVox reflects both the artist’s sonic character and quietformat’s engineering precision.

The result is a vocal chain that delivers consistent, mix-ready tone across home studios and professional sessions alike.

auraVox is available in VST3 and AU formats for macOS and Windows.
