Synchro Arts has released VocAlign 7, a major update to its vocal alignment software that introduces a multi-track workspace for managing and aligning multiple vocal tracks in a single operation.
The new Multi-Track View allows users to capture vocals in one workspace, designate any track as a guide, and align multiple vocal layers simultaneously. Track-Based Pitch & Timing Control can apply corrections across a session or to individual tracks and clips, while Visual Energy Analysis provides visual feedback for identifying alignment issues.
VocAlign 7 also retains SmartPitch, which detects sections of backing vocals requiring pitch correction and applies processing selectively.
VocAlign 7 Pro adds Creative Formant Control for shaping vocal stacks, creating doubles and adding width. It also introduces SynchroLink 2.0, providing integration with Synchro Arts’ RePitch 2 to keep tuning and alignment synchronized during editing.
