AngelicVibes has released Maximillion, the third addition to its AV Essentials FX series.
Designed to add energy, punch, and loudness to drums, bass, vocals, and more, Maximillion combines compression, EQ, limiting, saturation, and transient shaping across three processing types. Its simple controls cover everything from subtle warmth and weight to aggressive, heavily crushed sounds.
Three Processing Types
Type 1 – An aggressive maximizer combining compression, limiting, and saturation:
- Boost: Adds loudness and density.
- Ceiling: Sets the processed peak limit.
- Saturation: Adds warmth and grit.
Type 2 – Adaptive compression, gentle limiting, high-end boost, and saturation:
- Compress: Adds thickness and compression.
- Punch: Controls the compression attack.
- Recovery: Controls the compression release.
Type 3 – VCA-style compression, adaptive shaping, and saturation:
- Compress: Controls compression strength.
- Attack: Sharpens or softens the initial hit.
- Sustain: Brings out or tames the tail.
