Vitric Audio has released updates to Harmonic Multiband Compressor, Chamfer De-Esser and Plinth Subharmonic Synthesizer for Windows and macOS. The releases add precise value editing and clearer visual feedback to three different mixing jobs: controlling dynamics, managing vocal sibilance and building low end:
Harmonic Multiband Compressor 2.1.0
Harmonic Multiband Compressor 2.1.0 combines six-band dynamics with input harmonics that can drive the detector or the audible signal, plus a summed output exciter. The update enlarges the selected-band controls, adds exact crossover-frequency entry and distinguishes compression-off, mute and solo states. Upward processing now displays signed LIFT.
Chamfer De-Esser 0.2.0
Chamfer De-Esser 0.2.0 follows the level of a vocal and applies spectral shaping to individual sibilant events. The update refines exact band and threshold editing, improves momentary and latched Listen operation, and keeps a selected event available for inspection while the live display continues.
Plinth Subharmonic Synthesizer 0.2.0
Plinth Subharmonic Synthesizer 0.2.0 generates phase-locked subharmonics beneath kicks, bass and 808s. Six exact-value fields now sit inside the analyzer, with explicit AUTO, MANUAL, SOLO and power status. The update also refines DETECT adjustment and makes preset matching follow the current settings.
