Hot Shower Audio has released bathROOMs, a reverb plugin built from five different bathrooms.
bathROOMs is made by Alejandro Ramirez (Ramalejo), a mix engineer who has been part of 4 Latin Grammy-winning projects across 23 nominations.
Features:
- Reverb plugin built from five different bathrooms.
- Each bathroom has its own size and tonal balance: Porcelain, Cove, Greenhouse, Lavender and Baldosa (a Colombian bathroom with hydraulic tile and an electric shower). They range from small and bright to large and dark.
- Controls are Pre-Delay, Decay, Position, Surface, Temp, Wash, Slap and Dry/Wet.
- A built-in ducker — threshold, ratio, attack, release, with an optional sidechain input — pulls the reverb down while the source is playing, so a vocal stays intelligible without automating the send.
- 27 artist presets from five mix engineers and producers, organised by artist in the preset menu.
