Ilia “nClear” Tsvetkov has released version 1.2.0 of VocRide and Sibalance, two free vocal processing plugins for macOS, Windows, and Linux.
The update adds shared workflow and maintenance features to both plugins: Live Mode, factory and user presets, UI scaling, a Settings panel, and manual plus optional automatic update checks with minimal version/platform information and no telemetry.
VocRide is a pitch-aware vocal harmonic EQ and vocal tone shaper. Version 1.2.0 adds Automatic Gain Compensation, a LowCut that can follow the detected fundamental, a reworked harmonic detector, CPU optimization, and improved behavior around silence and low-input warnings.
Sibalance is a vocal de-esser and sibilance shaper. Version 1.2.0 adds a redesigned detection algorithm, the new Edge control, improved incoming/outgoing sibilance visualization, optimized oscilloscope rendering, and fixes for export/UI behavior.
