Supervised Releases Rondo – Looper and Sustainer with Always-On 60-Second Memory (VST3 & AU)

Supervised has released Rondo, a looper and sustainer built around an always-on rolling buffer.

Rondo continuously records the last 60 seconds of its input — even with the transport stopped and nothing armed — so a take played before reaching for record is still there. Captured audio can be exported as a WAV or dragged straight onto a track in the DAW.

Features:

  • Always-on 60-second tape memory, recording before RECORD is pressed.
  • Single-verb RECORD that cycles: arm → close → overdub → commit, modelled on hardware loop pedals.
  • One-cycle overdub auto-commit.
  • Sustain — hold a chord as an independent drone under the loop.
  • Mono input sum for one-sided sources.
  • Drag-to-DAW export, or write a WAV to disk.
  • MIDI Learn footswitch mapping and full keyboard control.

Pricing and Availability:

Rondo is available now for $19, a one-time purchase, no subscription. An introductory 40% discount is available with code RONDOKVR through July 31. Direct link to the discount.

Rondo runs as a VST3 or Audio Unit plug-in, or as a standalone application: macOS 12 or later (Universal Binary, Apple Silicon and Intel) and Windows 10 or later.
