MusicDevelopments has released version 5.5.5 of RapidComposer, a maintenance update with important fixes and a few powerful improvements that enhance both compatibility and musical creativity.
New in RapidComposer v5.5.5:

Receive MIDI Machine Control: RapidComposer can now be controlled from external MIDI devices or DAWs.

Set the SMPTE timecode frame rate when sending MIDI Machine Control.

Much improved Adaptive Harmonization: better chord rules, less complex chords found, separate logic for melodic and harmonic minor scales.

Fixed chords playback in the Melody Editor (timing was incorrect).

Fixed automatic flat/sharp display for church modes.

Fixed audio playback clicks when looping or starting/stopping playback.

Fixed stability issues when entering different editing modes.
